A comment regarding Stage Door's Barefoot in the Park (since the comment feature isn't working) By Okely_Dokely
If I may call out an elephant in the room...

Recently, an email from Stage Door went out with a bio stating that Mr. Donadio has "had the pleasure of working in every professional theatre in the Atlanta area." While he has an immensely seasoned and impressive resume, and I know he's worked at MOST pro theatres in town, I can name a few that I'm not sure he's worked at (The Legacy, The Shakespeare Tavern, The Lyric, Serenbe, Gypsy). I don't know if the bio in the email mirrors what's in the program - I haven't seen the show and unfortunately probably won't get to. I'm sure there wasn't any malice intended, but I do believe people should be careful how they word things in playbill bios. Don't get me wrong - I love the guy. He's one of my favorite local actors. I've had an artistic man-crush on him since the mid-90s, and he's always been very nice and warm to me the few times I've met him. I'm just afraid that, if taken the wrong way, it may look like a slight toward the fine work done by the companies I listed above. His resume is strong enough already that it didn't need that assumption in there.
