PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

One of the great modern farces, Ayckbourn's ingeniously original comedy of mishap and misunderstanding has been a success all over the world. Deception, love, complicated "affairs" and bowls of soup are tossed about with equal confusion. Advance reservations are available by phone for all performances. Please call the box office at 404 373-5311 for individual and season ticket information.

This show is a very unusual one in the fact that 2 couples share the same space but live in 2 completely different houses! After a the sluggish first scene, which is only sluggish because of the writing and not the acting, this show takes you down a very winding road of lies that intermingle 3 couples, of which the husbands are all co-workers. You spend most of your time trying to figure out who's sleeping with who and who thinks who is sleeping with who! This is well acted and was thoughtfully directed. Gabrielle Fulton steals the show with her shy and niave character, Mary. Gabrielle takes this character to a new level that I don't think the writer thought it would go. It's very obvious that Gabrielle did her homework with this one. Kudos to the whole cast for a great evening of laughs and some new fun one-liners! [POST A COMMENT REGARDING THIS REVIEW]
