PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Polk Street Players opens its 30th season with “Back Side of Stone Mountain”, written and directed by Pete Borden. In the Hereafter, the spirit of George Middleton, longtime resident of Perdition, GA, leads the spirit of young Leroy Brown, a victim of the Vietnam War, on an odyssey to find Leroy’s roots and the heritage of his parents who lived in Perdition during the 1940’s. Come laugh, reminisce, and maybe shed a tear for the passing of a simpler time and a relaxed way of life in rural America. Directed by Pete Borden.
