PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Since it had its world premiere here in 1999 this second visit with the singing Sanders Family from Smoke on the Mountain has been delighting entire families. It's Christmas time at the beginning of World War II and changes are in the wind and music is in the air. Wonderful family fun.

my review got eaten

4.0
I just wrote probably my longest and most specific review, and it got eaten because this site really sucks sometimes. I consider it to be my own damn fault this time (but still, this shouldn't happen) because this happened before and I didn't copy my review and save it somewhere else, but I will be doing that every time from now on...and this time, I mean it! Everyone please do that, so this doesn't happen to you. Do not trust this site.

Anyway, about the show, I really loved it, except I thought most of the monologues were too long and could have been condensed or gotten rid of entirely. There's my one-sentence review. You could have had a much better one.

What happened was... by Okely Dokely
When I clicked SUBMIT after I finished writing, it took me to the login page - the one that says "This feature is available only to registered users..." Kinda like the server timed out or something and logged me off because the review was so long and I spent so much time on it (about half an hour). This same exact thing happened back in the spring when I reviewed Aurora Theatre's "Five Guys Named Moe", and I was pretty upset about that, but I attributed that incident to the temporary blackout that tr.com was experiencing. After that, for a while, I started writing all my reviews in Word and copying and pasting them, but then when I saw that there weren't any problems for a while, I regained my trust in this site and stopped doing that. But it seems that I will have to be doing that every single time from now on. I'm even going to copy this comment and paste it somewhere in case something happens.
