I got to see this production on Monday night. I must say that the talent in Atlanta is overwhelming. Even when the theme of HIV is a very hard issue to deal with, the story line pulled it off without a hitch. I love the entire play. I laughed and cried and got a lot of time to reflect on many of the issues.
The actors are phenomenal, especially Marcie Millard, as Ms.Eckels and Lily Yancey as Lou. They got me on stitches; so looking forward to every time they opened their mouths. The production is well worth the uncomfortable seats. Anyone who know anyone gay or has had a break-up or has donated to a sperm bank should see this.
