caught on the hop , by Derek Benfield
Hilarious, believable characters

5.0
We thoroughly enjoyed Caught on the Hop at Kudzu Playhouse this weekend! The characters were believable, the accents authentic, the fun nonstop. Some fine acting; down to furtive glances, tiny shrugs, and very expressive eyebrows. I laughed until I cried. Had trouble catching my breath between the expertly delivered lines. Will definitely go back to see it again. Great casting, fun set, period music and costuming. The general sense of the confusion resolved nicely and we left shaking our heads in wonder. The details were all there. Even the curtain call was entertaining! A great show.
