Light Up The Sky, by Moss Hart
Light Up The Sky
Thursday, February 22, 2001
5.0
I must say for the first time I actually left the Alliance extremely pleased with what I had seen.
Light Up The Sky is what theatre should be. The direction was magnificent and the actors were amazing. Not to mention the costumes and set.
The stand out performance for the evening was, without a doubt, Mark Brey "Carleton Fitzgerald".

Now I realize the Alliance is out of most people's price range.
However, for lovers of the theatre I suggest you beg, borrow, or steal to have a chance to see this production. You won't be sorry.

Holiday on Thin Ice, by Various

1.0
For the second year running, Push Push missed again with their holiday show. From the beating that takes place in the final "play" (Peace on Earth?) to the blatant rip-off of Warner Brothers' Michigan J. Frog!

Maybe the title "Skating on Thin Ice" would be a little more appropriate.

On a Good note, the ONE shinning star would be the performance of Caroline Masaclet. Who created believable charecters and showed precise comic timing.
