Brigadoon, by Lerner & Lowe
Brigadoon
Saturday, June 14, 2003
2.0
Brigadoon was a wonderful production with the cast really enjoying themselves in their roles! The actors were wholly immersed in their roles and sold the audience into the fantasy world of Brigadoon. Good accents and dialects which were held consistently throughout the show. Special recognition should go to to "Charlie", "Meg", Tommy" and "Fiona" as well as the wonderful bagpipe player in Act II. Attention was paid to the color and print of the tartans in each family which helped the audience keep track of who was who. Good use of the stage space - the floor as well as raised stage in a multi-use space. Worth the drive to Cumming for a fun evening of entertainment!
