[REVIEW THIS PRODUCTION]
The play takes place in a dining room--or maybe many dining rooms--and would seem to attempt to answer that age old question, "If walls could talk, what would they say?" The stories are told by nine actors portraying different characters...57 in all. Each vignette introduces the audience to a different set of people and events involving characters from children, to grandfathers, to teenagers, to housemaids. As the action flows from one story to another, a pattern of life is revealed and perhaps provides the answer, "If Dining Room walls could talk, this might be what they would have to say."
