PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

The Old Alabama Road Company (a community theater in Roswell) is proud to present the final production of our 2004/2005 Season: “Early One Evening at the Rainbow Bar & Grille” by Bruce Graham. Directed by Jeanette Stinson.

Enter the world of Shep, a bartender who may be facing the end of the world. Though confronted with the end of existence, he finds little time to search for solutions to life's deeper questions. He is too busy at the Rainbow Bar & Grille juggling the needs and wants of a mixed bunch of bar patrons and local townfolk--each one pursuing a unique method of marking the end of time.

Does any one individual have all the answers? What is the meaning of life? Does it have to have meaning? Is it measured by love, sex, money, power, success--or something else?

Find your own answers to these questions as we present this comedy/drama that the Philadelphia Inquirer once described as a "wonderfully ghoulish fantasy in which people are released from their inhibitions and elect to spend their last few hours fulfilling themselves."
