PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

A favorite children's book and Disney movie is brought to life in a special collaboration with Oglethorpe University and North Atlanta High School Center for the Arts. Part of a new Community Theatre course, this joint project brings together high school and college students to tell a tall tale of youth in a detention camp forced to dig holes in the desert (to build character? to find buried gold?), and the curse of one boy's "no-good-dirty-rotten-pig-stealing-great-great-grandfather." Holes will also perform matinees for middle school youth at both locations.
