This is your invitation to a very special ONE NIGHT ONLY performance of "The Best of Broadway" Friday March 7, 2008 at 7:30pm at Kudzu Playhouse's new home at 10743 Alpharetta Highway in Roswell.
"The Best of Broadway" is a musical review fundraiser that features the best voices from Atlanta's theatre community performing some of Broadway's biggest hits! Not only are the songs great, but the talent assembled for this show is very impressive!
"The Best of Broadway" features more than 20 songs from such Broadway hits as: "Wicked," "Hairspray," "Damn Yankees," "The Secret Garden," "Bye, Bye Birdie.", and many other great shows!
Scheduled to perform are: Andy Meeks, Heather and Brink Miller, Traci Davison, Spencer G. Stephens, Jason Meinhardt, Russell Ivey and Reed Higgins. And you can be sure there will be some surprises too! (You never know, you might even get a sneak preview from our next show, Little Shop of Horrors) The hosts for the evening will be Rial Ellsworth and Jerry Harlow.
This will be a wonderful evening of musical theatre entertainment suitable for all ages. So bring the entire family! There will be appetizers and beverages served (in addition to our famous Kudzu popKorn!)
"The Best of Broadway" is a fundraising event being held to support theatre operations in Kudzu's fantastic new home at 10743 Alpharetta Highway in Roswell. Please remember that Kudzu Playhouse is a 501C non-profit organization that depends on your kindness and generous support to deliver the best in community theatre for all ages!
This is a pay-what-you-can event, but a donation of $10 to $20 per person would be most appreciated. It will be an evening to remember, so make your plans now to attend. Reservations are not required, but are encouraged.
