PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Shelita Burns is an African-American book editor who receives a mysterious unsolicited manuscript -- an explosive autobiography describing one woman's experience in the segregationist South. When the book unexpectedly wins awards, Shelita finds herself at the center of a media storm, and on a quest to finally meet the elusive author in person. (running in rep with "The Doll Plays")
