PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

This deftly-crafted satire featured Dame Judi Dench in the pivotal role of the stage actress in the 1999 Broadway production. A generational struggle between a strong mother adn a loving daughter, it combines the rich, funny, sad and thought-provoking with startling results.
