In the heart of the Louisiana bayou lies a land filled with mysticism, music and the heat of passion. Vibrant dance and song tell the story of beautiful young Ysabel, who leaves her betrothed for a mysterious drifter and subsequently invites tragedy to possess her very soul. This regional premiere presents a hot mix of dance styles, from flamenco to jazz, as it weaves a tale steeped in the cultural traditions of the bayou.
