PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Polk Street Players presents Fred Carmichael's irresistible comedy "Hot Property". Fueled by laughs, mistaken identities and even a "sting", it's the story of a down-on-his-luck land developer and his late mother's sensational, headed toward "best-selling" novel, which was stolen by a crafty con artist who published it as his own. Is it woe to the land developer? What does a troop of deliciously endearing professional actors have to do with it? You'll see! Directed by Greg Fitzgerald
