PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Pride meets prejudice in this Jane Austen classic, as adapted for the stage by Helen Jerome. A sentimental comedy told in three Acts, it is the tale of the Bennet family, and their estate in the country north of London, and their quest to get their five lovely daughters married to proper gentleman. In the end, Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy, whom at first the former despised, come together and the classic romance tale is complete.
