PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Novelist Charles Condomine quite innocently turns his life upside down when he seeks council from the well-known medium Madame Acarti. Inviting her to his country home, Charles and his second wife, Ruth, take part in a seance staged to poke fun at the wistful psychic. This exercise brings back the spirit of Charles' mischievous first wife, Elvira, who is only visible to Charles. Ruth's jealousy compels her to rid her house of the spirited intruder and plots with Charles to outwit the ghost. The hilarious conclusion, written by the master of comic farce Noel Coward, will have you rolling in the aisles.
