PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Jack in the Black Box presents the "Outside the Box" series: mylady | malady. The reflection of a relationship we all nurture, despite its prognosis. This show pulls no punches, slaps or tickles in treating the syptoms and complications of personal and social diseases... you make your own diagnosis. A "cabaret-style" show... featuring a prophetic and rarely produced play by Tennessee Williams, hilarious and biting commentaries from David Ives and Jean-Claude van Itallie. Plus New Works by Artistic Directors Marty Aikens and Jon Tyler Owens, musical stylings, mask creations, and performance pieces by the ensemble of mylady | malady !
